What inspired your achievements:
I grew up in the oil and gas capital of the world as the son of a petroleum engineer. Despite my upbringing, I am now dedicated to developing the next generation of renewable energy technologies. The impetus for this change was my participation in various service opportunities where I saw first-hand the benefits renewables have on the environment, socioeconomics, and health. Helping people gain access to cheap, clean energy is my primary motivation.
