What inspired your accomplishments:
My parents are not well connected to the outside world so I always knew I would not come across opportunities and networks unless I put myself out there. Considering that, I started building connections and gaining valuable experiences at a very young age.
You were chosen to be on ProMazo’s list of Most Interesting Students for a reason. Do you have any advice for other students hoping to create their own success:
I think the best thing to do is to envision where you want to be in the future and why you want to be there. As long as you have the right motive, your journey to success will be rewarding.
I have so many favorite quotes, but here's one of them: “You’re adopted, and we don’t talk about that enough. ‘Cause to me, you are every part my son. Maybe I don’t want you to feel like you stand out. But I need you to know something. I want you to stand out. I want all of you to be as different as you can possibly be. In all the best ways.” This quote resonates so much to my soul as I have always felt strongly about adoption, especially international and interracial ones.
Biggest role models or inspirations:
