What inspired your achievements:
The consulting profession was attractive for a variety of different reasons. Most importantly it allowed me to work with a team of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal. As a former athlete this is something I find to be at the top of my values chain. Additionally, as a life-long learner, I think the steep learning curve that comes from transitioning to from a Phd to a consultant is incredible. Additionally, I enjoy approaching problems that do not have a distinct answer to them. It gives the opportunity to work towards innovative/ out of the box solutions.

Absolutely. Two major bits – 1) Be persistent. I attribute a large chunk of my success perseverance. Nothing will ever go as planned – be ready for that and be ready to push through it. 2) Stay positive. A positive attitude goes a long way.
